The basics Pop into the studio for our Clay Break series- a one-hour workshop where you get to try something new and make a complete project in about an hour! This project is a small leaf-shaped dish. 4:00-5:00pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026 $35 per participant Includes an hour of instruction and worktime, plus a completed piece ready for pickup about 2 weeks later. This is a great project for adults or for older kids. About 12 years or older can make their own piece. Younger kids can participate with help of a parent (parent + kid make one shared piece for one registration price.) Description Have fun with textures, explore design possibilities, and create your own one-of-a-kind dish in the shape of a leaf, just in time for the fall foliage. The session will last about an hour. These dishes are built from clay slabs and can be carved and textured with all kinds of stamps, clay rollers, and other design techniques. This is meant to be a simple project that anyone can do successfully. Bring your creativity and we’ll provide the rest! Participants will choose from several glazes that we’ll finish the piece in for you. Pieces will be ready for pickup about 2 weeks later.
