Join us Sunday, November 22, for a special celebration:
• Noon–3 p.m.: Exhibit viewing at the museum
• 3:30–5 p.m.: Silent movie screening at the Wayne Theatre
• 5:30 p.m.: Reception at The Russell
Reception attendees are encouraged to bring a canned food item for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank – a nod to the Wayne’s admission tradition in 1946.
Celebrate 100 years of the Wayne Theatre with “On With The Show: A Century of the Wayne Theatre in Waynesboro, Va.” at the Waynesboro Heritage Museum! Explore the theatre’s history – from vaudeville and early movies to its restoration – and its lasting role in our community.
The exhibit will remain on display until June 5, 2027. Admission is free!
Waynesboro Heritage Museum | 420 W. Main St.
Museum hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
