For members of the studio only: Sign up here to participate in our annual Holiday Show and Sale at the SVAC! This year, it will take place in the month of December (not longer) . The opening will be December 4, 2026. There is a $15 fee to participate, paid to the studio through this form. This fee goes directly toward paying for supplies for the show, opening, and advertising. There is a 30% commission on sales, which goes to the SVAC. As usual, the SVAC will be looking for volunteers to work shifts. This is strictly voluntary and is not required for participation. SVAC handles all sales and sends checks afterwards. Space will be divided roughly evenly among participants. Restocking is encouraged as items sell. This sale takes place in the SVAC’s newer space on Main St in downtown Waynesboro. KEY DATES DEADLINE TO SIGN UP: November 8, 2026 Dates to drop off work at the SVAC during the day: Tuesday 12/1 – Wednesday 12/2 Opening reception: Friday, December 4 (Time forthcoming) Pick up work from SVAC: Sunday 1/3 – Monday 1/4 SVAC will be closed for Christmas. Terms Agree to terms: Participants agree to hold harmless SVAC and Make Waynesboro Clay Studio for lost or broken work. Reasonable care will be taken to avoid such losses. Participants agree to abide by instructions and deadlines in order to participate.
