The large mural of the woman is entitled “After” by artist Nils Westergard on the former E-N Computers building. This is the site of the very first Virginia Street Arts Festival, where a collage of many different murals was completed in 2015.
Ian MacRae founded the Virginia Street Arts Festival in Waynesboro, where it is still held in the spring.
